  • Built a full-stack inventory and valuation system using Python/FastAPI, SQLite, and TypeScript to ingest external card and pricing data, normalize records, track holdings, and produce auditable valuation reports.
  • Designed relational data models and ETL-style workflows for pricing, valuation, import/export, bulk updates, data validation, and per-edit audit logging.
  • Developed documented API contracts and reporting workflows to support searchable inventory, inline editing, transaction-style updates, and stakeholder-facing views.

Budget Forecasting Workflow Redesign

Case study

  • Orchestrated development of a fully funded $170M+ emergency COVID-19 cooperative agreement proposal to CDC under a two-week deadline.
  • Consolidated budgets, workplans, and federal application materials across approximately 18 projects and 5 program directors into a unified submission package.
  • Supported expansion of public health laboratory testing, workforce, data fellowship, and informatics infrastructure through an executable budget and workplan.
